Parkside faced King Charles in the semi-final but came up against a very well-drilled side, losing 5–0. Despite the scoreline, Parkside showed determination and worked hard throughout the match.
Chloe M led the defence with composure, while Phoebe H put in several strong tackles to try and hold back the opposition. Going forward, Darcie was a constant threat down the wing, making multiple driving runs and delivering some excellent through balls.
However, King Charles’ high defensive line and consistent clearances made it difficult for Parkside to break through and create clear chances. I am proud of the girls for their resilience and getting to the semi final.
