On Friday 27th June, Year 5 celebrated their learning with a fantastic Real-Life Maths Party! After weeks of preparation, pupils applied their knowledge through a variety of hands-on activities involving ratio, volume, perimeter, area, and creating compound shapes. The event was a fun and practical way to explore how maths is used in everyday life.
From solving real-world problems to working collaboratively, pupils demonstrated confidence and creativity throughout the afternoon. It was a brilliant celebration of their hard work and a reminder that maths can be both meaningful and exciting. Well done, Year 5!
